Please be advised that the Water Testing business of Wagtech International Limited has been acquired by Palintest Ltd with effect from 1st March 2011.

Please be advised that the Water Testing business of Wagtech International Limited has been acquired by Palintest Ltd with effect from 1st March 2011. This business will retain the Wagtech name and trade as the Wagtech Water Technology Division. It will operate as a stand-alone business unit within Palintest Ltd.

Wagtech International Limited will continue to operate its residual and retained business under the new name Wagtech Projects Limited. This will be within the usual disciplines of environmental, agronomy, health, education, materials testing and general laboratory equipment supplies.

Both Wagtech Projects Ltd and Palintest Ltd, will be working closely over the coming months to ensure that the transition of the business runs smoothly and that supplies will not be interrupted.

Neil Wrigglesworth and Tom Aylward have transferred to Palintest in order to continue to run the Wagtech water testing business. Contact details remain unchanged and they look forward to continuing to work with all Wagtech customers as they have done with Wagtech International Ltd.

All future enquiries and orders for water testing products should be addressed directly to Palintest Ltd. through this new business unit. Any existing orders currently placed on Wagtech International Ltd for items other than water testing equipment will be fulfilled and invoiced by Wagtech Projects Ltd.
